How to do Knee-to-wall ankle glide

  1. 1Place one foot near a wall.
  2. 2Keep the heel down and guide the knee forward.
  3. 3Return slowly.

Both sides: Complete one comfortable side, reset your position, then repeat on the other. Do not force both sides to match.
