How to do Seated plantar fascia stretch

  1. 1Sit and cross one ankle over the other thigh.
  2. 2Hold the base of the toes.
  3. 3Gently draw the toes back.

Both sides: Complete one comfortable side, reset your position, then repeat on the other. Do not force both sides to match.
