How to do Wrist flexor stretch
- 1Extend one arm with palm forward.
- 2Use the other hand to guide fingers back gently.
- 3Keep the shoulder down.
Both sides: Complete one comfortable side, reset your position, then repeat on the other. Do not force both sides to match.
