How to do Lateral neck stretch
- 1Sit tall and let both shoulders relax.
- 2Gently tilt one ear toward the same-side shoulder without turning the head.
- 3Hold a mild stretch, then return to centre before changing sides.
Both sides: Complete one comfortable side, reset your position, then repeat on the other. Do not force both sides to match.
