How to do Quad set

  1. 1Sit or lie with the leg supported.
  2. 2Gently tighten the front thigh.
  3. 3Hold briefly, then fully relax.

Both sides: Complete one comfortable side, reset your position, then repeat on the other. Do not force both sides to match.

Aim for a mild, controlled stretch or light effort around the front of thigh. Stop and seek appropriate advice if:

  • You feel dizzy, faint, or short of breath
