How to do Runner’s calf stretch
- 1Stand in a split stance and bend the front knee.
- 2Keep the back leg straight with the whole heel down.
- 3Rest your hands on the front thigh and shift forward gently.
Both sides: Complete one comfortable side, reset your position, then repeat on the other. Do not force both sides to match.

Aim for a mild, controlled stretch or light effort around the upper calf. Stop and seek appropriate advice if:

- You feel dizzy, faint, or short of breath
