How to do Gentle hand tendon glide

  1. 1Begin with fingers straight and relaxed.
  2. 2Make a gentle hook shape, then a loose fist.
  3. 3Open the hand fully without forcing.

Both sides: Complete one comfortable side, reset your position, then repeat on the other. Do not force both sides to match.
