How to do Low doorway chest opener

  1. 1Place one forearm low on a doorway.
  2. 2Take a small step forward.
  3. 3Stop at a mild chest stretch and breathe.

Both sides: Complete one comfortable side, reset your position, then repeat on the other. Do not force both sides to match.
